  I attended SS Simon and Jude 1950 - 1958. What can I say? Looking back, my life was strongly influenced by the nuns, and my mother and father ( of course). I remember Fr. Donnelly (sic) coming toy the classroom to visit. I also remember getting my knuckles hammered by the nun sneaking up behind me with her pointer when I was doing something that she felt that I shouldn’t be doing. I also have memories of being chased around the classroom, through the “cloakroom” by the nun swinging her pointer. It’s funny now... not so much then.
  Bottom line... I think that I turned out okay because of it.
